Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the VELORAA website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy, our Refund policy, and our Privacy policy.

VELORAA sells menswear. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Color can vary slightly by screen. Fit is described on each product page. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund the amount paid.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax. Tax is calculated at checkout where required. Payment is taken when you place the order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

We ship from the United States to street addresses in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Processing, transit times, the $8 standard rate, free shipping on orders of $150 or more before tax, and the $15 express rate are described in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package. Title passes when we receive full payment.

Returns and size exchanges follow our Refund policy: 30 days from delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. Sale items are final sale. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong size or color.

You may not copy our photos, text, name, or logo for commercial use without written permission.

The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, VELORAA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any amount above what you paid for the product. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If a state law where you live gives you extra rights, those rights still apply.
